The Mundaring Truffle Festival is back, with chefs, connoisseurs and first-time truffle tasters alike celebrating this luxurious ingredient. Building on the success of previous years, the 2011 programme is a mouth watering menu of delectable feasts and tasty treats, cooking demonstrations and talks brought to you over two delicious days.
The village precinct of Mundaring nestled in the Perth hills is the ideal setting and is only 45 minutes from Perth. Like last year, Boffins will be at the event selling books and supporting some of our best local and national chefs. Of course, all the books are also available in store and online.
